German as first language. Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is an advantage
Experience/knowledge of the German market (ideally candidate from Germany)
As an investment manager, you will become part of the private debt team at our offices in Zurich and Lausanne.
Your tasks :
- Responsibility for the expansion and maintenance of the existing partner network of banks, investment companies, M&A boutiques, consultants and auditors
- Independent sourcing and pre-selection of potential investments
- Organization and responsibility of due diligence processes as well as independent development, negotiation and implementation of suitable transaction structures
- Preparation and presentation of transactions to the Investment Committee
- Implementation of investment decisions up to the closing
- Post-closing support for existing portfolio companies
- Creation of investor reports and marketing documents
Profil
Between 30 and 40 years old and studying economics or law
- At least 5 years of professional experience with a private debt fund or bank in the corporate loan sector
- Personal sourcing network in the segment of German-speaking SME financing
- Experience in structuring and implementing debt-based transaction structures
- Leadership and negotiating skills as well as the ability to identify independently and purposefully implement solution concepts
- Above-average resilience and willingness to travel in Germany
- German as first language. Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
