This major role is responsible for leading operations : building adequate industrial capabilities with partners to support our local and international growth
This position will oversee several strategic pillars of the company: Quality and Safety excellence, Regulatory management, Procurement, Production ramp up and adaption to various route to markets and local and international supply chain
More detailed activities will include :
Production:
- Management of our own production site
- Ensure large and growing quality production capacity at a fair price, through partnership investments, systems, and improvements
- Build our strategic partnerships, lead new equipment installation and qualification internationally
- Develop a robust preventative maintenance program to ensure that equipment consistently meets trial specifications; lead real time troubleshooting
- Deliver facility upgrades and continuous operational improvement programs
Procurement:
- Manage all contracts with suppliers, strategically build a responsible and efficient cost savvy model.
Product:
- Develop and Lead Quality processes for our portfolio
- Build our Process Development to translate requirements into new equipment, products and/or facility capabilities hiring PMO and Quality
Supply Chain:
- Implement timely and reliable metrics for safety, quality performance, overall equipment effectiveness, & customer service
Management:
- Develop and inspire a 10+ person team: already existing is our supply, sales admin and pilot plan.
- Provide technical guidance and prioritise career development.

Profil
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in an Operations Management role in Food , preferably in UE and/or for an US based company, you knows everything about production
- Rigorous, analytical, pragmatic, action-oriented, impact-oriented, structured
- Execution wizard
- People Manager: understands that success can only occur through people and communication
- Comfortable working in a high performing, analytical and results-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Team player, well organised, keep cool when working for tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to give and receive feedbacks
- Bilingual English and French
